JEET KOEL Kolkata Bengali Movie Hero PosterSwapan Saha directed Jeet-Koel with Laboni Sarkar and Tapas Pal successfully in the box office hit Hero "The Fire Of Love" released in Kolkata in January 2006. Hero is produced by Surinder Films - the same producer as Bolo Na Tumi Amar (2010) starring Dev-Koel.

Jeet is one of the two modern masala Bengali movie heroes of Tollywood, the other being Dev.

Jeet plays Subho - a directionless college student on which his father has a lot of hope. But Subho has the hotties for Pooja - a rich dad's daughter. Poor boy loves rich girl and trouble ensues.
