The Telegraph is reporting a new Bengali movie by Raja Sen based on Tagore's short story LABORATORY starring Bollywood actress Raveena Tandon for the first time in a Bengali movie, and Prosenjit Chatterjee's wife Arpita Pal Chatterjee who recently returned to cinema after a long gap of few years.
According to reports, Venkatesh Films is going on the floor in March 2010 with latest Bengali new upcoming movie DUI PRITHIBI starring two top Bengali heroes DEV and JEET with KOEL MULLICK. Shooting will commence in Purulia district in West Bengal in March 2010.
Directed by Prabhat Roy, Bengali movie Pitribhumi (2007) [BUY DVD ONLINE] stars Kolkata Tollywood Cinema hero JEET and Santu Mukherjee's beautiful daughter Swastika Mukherjee as the lead pair.

Bor Bou Khela is an upcoming Bengali cinema by Jagannath Guha. It is a re-make of Jyotish Bannerjee's 1935 movie Manmoyee Girls School (Buy DVD). The star cast includes current Tollywood hero and heroine Rahul and Priyanka.
